You must meet age or authorization requirements in your region. Institute-specific rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to aayusoft@outlook.com. You may not disrupt the Service, cheat, scrape without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, or access others’ accounts or data.

We grant a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended educational purpose. Our software and branding remain ours. You grant us a license to host and process content you submit as needed to operate the Service. AI-assisted content may be inaccurate—you must review it. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

Objective scoring may be automated; subjective scoring depends on authorized evaluators. We do not guarantee instant results. Grade disputes are mainly between you and your institute, except for verifiable technical errors on our side.

Sign-in, app stores, payments, hosting, analytics, and AI providers have their own terms and policies.

The Service is “as is” / “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim (or a small fixed amount) where the law allows.

You indemnify us for misuse or breach of these Terms to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons. We may update these Terms; continued use may mean acceptance where the law allows.
