Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how ExamPrep (“we”) handles information when you use our app and related services (“Service”). It is intended to meet common transparency expectations, including for Google Play.
1. What we collect
We may collect: account data (name, email, role, institution, sign-in details); exam data (registrations, objective and subjective answers and uploads, scores, results, leaderboards where used); content you or your institute adds (questions, exam settings); usage and device data (app interactions, device/OS version, diagnostics, approximate location from IP if needed for security); support messages; and limited payment metadata (payments are processed by stores or partners—we do not receive full card numbers).
2. How we use data
We use data to run the Service: sign-in, delivering mock and scheduled exams, scoring objective items, showing subjective answers to authorized teachers for grading, analytics and reports, improving reliability and features, AI-assisted question tools (see below), security and abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Details about exams and roles are also in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with your institute and authorized staff as needed to run exams and publish results; other users only where a feature is designed to show information (e.g. leaderboards); service providers (hosting, sign-in, analytics, payments, support, AI infrastructure) under contracts; and authorities when required by law. Business transfers may occur with notice where required.
4. AI features
Some tools may use AI to suggest or generate educational content. Output can be wrong or unsuitable. Institutes and users should review before use. We do not guarantee AI accuracy.
5. Security, retention, and your rights
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method is 100% secure—use strong passwords and protect your device. We keep data as long as needed for the Service and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize where feasible. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data, or to object to certain processing. Contact aayusoft@outlook.com; institute-managed accounts may need requests through your organization. You may contact a data protection authority where applicable.
6. Children, transfers, cookies
The Service is not aimed at children below the age where consent is required in your region. We may process data in other countries using appropriate safeguards where required. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for session, preferences, analytics, and security—you can adjust browser settings.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and change the “Last updated” date. For questions: aayusoft@outlook.com.
