Login: Use password recovery; same Google/account as signup; try updating the app or clearing cache.

Exam missing or won’t start: Check schedule and eligibility with your institute; correct date/time; stable internet; correct account.

Crash or early submit: Note time and device; contact support with exam name; retakes are often decided by your institute.

Delayed subjective results: Grading is manual; ask your teacher first if it exceeds their stated timeline.

AI or uploads: Review AI output before use; update the app if tools fail repeatedly.

Google Play billing: Use the store’s order and refund help; we can help with account entitlements from your registered email.
